A Look Into Past Events
Healthy on the Hudson Yoga Series
Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of accessible, exciting fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers on the Hudson River all summer.
Natalia led a 12-week summer series, teaching outdoor vinyasa-style yoga classes on the Hudson and guiding hundreds of participants throughout.
Adidas Supernova Dream Retreat
Natalia led a group of women through an athletic recovery flow and meditation at the Adidas Supernova Dream Retreat.
Recovery & Reset at The Yard Gym
To bring in the new year, Natalia led a mindful recovery and reset event. She invited everyday athletes to slow down with intention, guiding them through neurolinguistic practices such as reflective journaling, breathwork, and a somatic recovery session designed to help attendees reconnect with their bodies.
BLISS
A co-led, 2-part event series incorporating strength and softness, honoring the many spaces in between. This was an invitation to unite the body-mind, internal dialogue, and external action through functional strength training, somatic yoga, and meditation. A space of self-study through movement.
CityShred Cooldown Guide
After a 2-hour fitness event, Natalia closed out City Shred NYC by inviting athletes to unite their bodies and minds to activate recovery. She guided hundreds of athletes through restorative movement to restore their bodies' balance.
Adidas Industry Session x A$AP Ferg
At a special wellness initiative hosted by A$AP Ferg, Natalia guided the community through an energizing and grounding yoga flow. The experience blended movement, breath, and intention, creating a space where culture and wellness met. Participants were invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move with purpose, fostering collective presence within the community.
Reciprocity
A series created and led by Natalia, Reciprocity was a weekly somatic journey of movement, mindfulness, and play. An embodied exploration of spirals and stillness, weaving between the dualities of structure and freedom, boundaries, and boundlessness, giving and receiving.
Recharge
A co-facilitated journey into presence, balance, and deep reset. Through guided somatic movement, Reiki-infused group meditation, and hands-on energy healing, Natalia helped others to reconnect to their bodies’ quiet intelligence
