A gentle pause. A space to integrate, notice, and deepen.

Reflection is an essential part of the work. Here you’ll find journal prompts and exercises to explore your thoughts, feelings, and sensations at your own pace.

Reflect.

In coaching, Natalia often uses journal prompts to guide her clients, help them build self-awareness, and gain insight.

Here you can find a small taste of that.

There’s no right way to journal.

You can:

  • Write in full paragraphs

  • Bullet your thoughts

  • Scribble one honest sentence

  • Skip prompts that don’t resonate

Performance. Presence.

Take what feels supportive. Leave what doesn’t.

Gentle Prompts to Guide Reflection

How am I feeling right now?

What is my body asking of me right now?

How can I be gentler with myself?

What story am I telling myself that I can let go of?

Where am I holding back in my life?

After writing…

  • Take a few slow, deep breaths

  • Notice how your body feels

  • Let what surfaced settle

  • Reread one sentence that felt important

If these reflections brought up something you’d like to explore more deeply, you do not have to do it alone.

Reflection is powerful.

Support makes it transformative.
