The average human takes their ability to breathe for granted because it’s an automatic thing. We came into this world with the instinctual understanding of how to take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide.

Our breathing patterns directly influence our overall health, our minds, our moods, our digestion, our physiology, our performance, our everything. Our breath reflects our state, and it can change our state.

Breathing is a skill. And like any other skill, it starts with increasing your awareness.

Breathwork is the practice of consciously and intentionally channeling and focusing on the breath.

In working with Natalia, your breath becomes your anchor.

And once you learn how to use it, you carry that tool with you everywhere.
