Personal training with Natalia is not just about the body.

Natalia meets clients exactly where they are. No matter your age, athletic background, or how you currently feel in your body, her approach to fitness is simple and empowering: everyone can train like an athlete. That does not mean training at an elite level (though that is an offering). It means training with intention, focus, and respect for your unique capacity.

With extensive experience in athletic performance and sports conditioning, Natalia designs personalized programs tailored to your goals, whether you're looking to get stronger, improve endurance, or simply feel more confident in your body.

Clients can train with Natalia 1:1, in-person or virtually, ensuring consistent support either way.

As a certified trauma-informed trainer, Natalia creates a space that feels safe and supportive, especially for those who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment. The same safety and attunement present in her other modalities are also reflected in how she works with personal training clients.

This is training that supports the whole person, not just performance.
